A year later, after working as a

another try and created a new web
site. Intuitively, I added a form

for downloading a Free Edition
version.
Then I put up an auto responder that
sends a simple thank you email to

Bingo!

problems with my software, about
customer wishes and I had a chance
to actively sell my software.
I also started my own newsletter,
and back-end sales started to pour
